Animal Shelters

Animal Shelters provide safe and comfortable shelter for animals in need. Their caring treatment and protection of the rights of animals are not always fully appreciated by society and they are often criticized.

They react to emergency situations where animals can be a threat to humans or the animals can be injured like stray animals on highways, aggressive animals in public etc. More often than not, they have to deal with diseased or injured animals that are past recovery.

The very nature of operation leads to a lot of Biological Waste and potential Zoonotic hazards. Disposal of this type of biological waste is extremely problematic and hazardous.

Historical disposal options included incinerating, landfills, and burial. These disposal methods are not very effective, or too expensive and sometimes not very eco-friendly. Convertech sincerely believe in destroying pathogens and infectious agents at the source and have developed low and high-pressure, electric or gas digestors that offer cost-effective solutions to suit the need of Animal Shelters.
